Numerosos han sido los cambios regulatorios introducidos por Cambiemos en materia financiera, monetaria y cambiaria. Sus efectos, en lugar de corregir los desbalances macroeconómicos de Argentina, los profundizó aún más generando un clima económico caracterizado por su inestabilidad. En este marco, resulta necesario analizar las políticas financieras y monetarias a partir de una perspectiva heterodoxa, que sirva tanto para dar un diagnóstico de la realidad como para pensar alternativas de políticas públicas con la mira puesta en alcanzar un proceso de desarrollo económico con inclusión social.Por esta razón, es que la Fundación Friedrich Ebert, el Departamento de Economía del Centro Cultural de la Cooperación y el Instituto de Industria del Área de Economía Política de la Universidad de General Sarmiento los invita a participar de estas Primeras Jornadas Financieras y Monetarias Heterodoxas.
